Hadith 5912
أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ سَلْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وهَبٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ ، عَنْ عُوَيْمِرِ بْنِ أَشْقَرَ الأَنْصَارِيِّ ثُمَّ الْمَازِنِيّ أَنَّهُ ذَبَحَ أُضْحِيَّةً قَبْلَ أَنْ يَغْدُوَ يَوْمَ الأَضْحَى ، وَأَنَّهُ ذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَأَمَرَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَنْ يُعِيدَ أُضْحِيَّةً أُخْرَى " .
Sayyiduna Uwaymir bin Ashqar Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: He sacrificed an animal before going for the Eid prayer, then he mentioned this to the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered him to sacrifice again.
