ذكر البيان بأن أبا بردة إنما خص لجواز أضحيته قبل الصلاة مع الأمر بإعادة الأضحية بعد الصلاة ثانيا-
Clarifying that Abu Burda was specifically allowed an early sacrifice, but others were told to repeat it after the prayer
Hadith 5911
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الأَزْدِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ الْعَقَدِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا جُحَيْفَةَ وَهْبًا السُّوَائِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ ، أَنَّ خَالِيَ ذَبَحَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " شَاتُكَ شَاةُ لَحْمٍ ، وَلَيْسَ مِنَ النُّسُكِ فِي شَيْءٍ " ، فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، فَعِنْدِي عَنَاقٌ جَذَعَةٌ هِيَ خَيْرٌ مِنْ مُسِنَّةٍ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " تُوفِي عَنْكَ ، وَلا تُوفِي عَنْ أَحَدٍ بَعْدَكَ " .
Sayyiduna Bara bin Azib (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: My maternal uncle slaughtered the animal before the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had performed the prayer. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Your goat is just a meat goat, it has nothing to do with sacrifice. He said: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)! I have a six-month-old kid goat which is better than a one-year-old animal. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: It will be sufficient for you, but it will not be sufficient for anyone after you.
