ذكر البيان بأن المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم قد أجاز لأبي بردة أضحيته قبل الصلاة ونفى جواز مثله لأحد بعده أن يأتي به إلا في موضعه الذي أمر به وإن كان القصد فيه الندب والإرشاد-
The Prophet allowed Abu Burda’s early sacrifice but not for others, except in the specified case
Hadith 5909
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى بِالْمَوْصِلِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، أَنَّ رَجُلا ذَبَحَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لا يُجْزِئُ عَنْ أَحَدٍ بَعْدَكَ أَنْ يَذْبَحَ حَتَّى يُصَلِّيَ " .
Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A man slaughtered an animal before the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) performed the Eid prayer. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: After you, it will not be permissible for anyone to slaughter an animal before performing the prayer.
