ذكر الزجر عن ذبح المرء شيئا من الطيور عبثا دون القصد في الانتفاع به-
Warning against slaughtering birds for no purpose
Hadith 5894
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السَّامِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ الْحَدَّادُ ، عَنْ خَلَفِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَامِرٌ الأَحْوَلُ ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الشَّرِيدِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ الشَّرِيدَ ، يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " مَنْ قَتَلَ عُصْفُورًا عَبَثًا عَجَّ إِلَى اللَّهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يَقُولُ : يَا رَبِّ ، إِنَّ فُلانًا قَتَلَنِي عَبَثًا ، وَلَمْ يَقْتُلْنِي مَنْفَعَةً " .
Sayyiduna Amr bin Shuraid (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Whoever kills a sparrow without reason, then that sparrow will complain to Allah Almighty on the Day of Resurrection, saying, 'O my Lord, so-and-so killed me without reason; he did not kill me for any benefit.'"
