ذكر الإباحة للمرء أكل ما ذبح بالمروة دون الحديد-
Permissibility of eating animals slaughtered with stone, not iron
Hadith 5892
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ الضَّرِيرُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا صَخْرُ بْنُ جُوَيْرِيَةَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ " أَنَّ خَادِمًا لِكَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ كَانَتْ تَرْعَى غَنَمَهُ بِسَلْعٍ ، فَأَرَادَتْ شَاةٌ مِنْهَا أَنْ تَمُوتَ ، فَلَمْ تَجِدْ حَدِيدَةً تُذَكِّيهَا ، فَذَكَّتْهَا بِمَرْوَةٍ ، فَسُئِلَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَمَرَ بِأَكْلِهَا " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: Sayyiduna Ka'b bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) had a servant who was grazing his goats near the mountain "Sala’". One of the goats was about to die, so the maid could not find a knife to slaughter it, and she slaughtered it with a stone. This matter was presented to the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace be upon him) permitted its meat to be eaten (i.e., he gave permission).
