ذكر البيان بأن الجنين إذا ذكيت أمه حل أكله-
Ruling that if the mother is slaughtered, the fetus is permissible to eat
Hadith 5889
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مَوْلَى ثَقِيفٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَنَسٍ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ الْحَدَّادُ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْوَدَّاكِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، أن رسول اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " ذَكَاةُ الْجَنِينِ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "Slaughtering the mother of (a pregnant animal with) a fetus in its womb will be considered as slaughtering it (the fetus) as well."
