فصل في السماع - ذكر البيان بأن الغناء الذي وصفناه إنما كان ذلك أشعارا قيلت في أيام الجاهلية فكانوا ينشدونها ويذكرون تلك الأيام دون الغناء الذي يكون بغزل يقرب سخط الله جل وعلا من قائله-

Hadith 5877
أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَمَذَانِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْهَبَّارِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : دَخَلَ عَلَيَّ أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعِنْدِي جَارِيَتَانِ مِنْ جَوَارِي الأَنْصَارِ ، تُغَنِّيَانِ بِمَا تَقَاوَلَتِ الأَنْصَارُ يَوْمَ بُعَاثٍ ، فَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : أَمِزْمَارُ الشَّيْطَانِ فِي بَيْتِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ؟ وَذَلِكَ فِي يَوْمِ عِيدٍ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يَا أَبَا بَكْرٍ ، إِنَّ لِكُلَّ قَوْمٍ عِيدًا ، وَهَذَا عِيدُنَا " .
Lady Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) came to me while two girls from the Ansar were sitting with me, singing songs about the conduct of the Ansar on the occasion of the Battle of Bu'ath. Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "Are the instruments of Satan present in the house of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)?" This was during the days of Eid. So the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "O Abu Bakr! Every nation has a specific Eid, and this is our Eid."
