باب قتل الحيوان - ذكر البيان بأن المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم بعد هذا الأمر زجر عن قتل الكلاب إلا جنسا منها-
Chapter on Killing Animals – On clarifying that the Prophet later prohibited killing dogs except a specific type
Hadith 5651
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُوسَى بِعَسْكَرِ مُكْرَمٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ بَحْرٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، يَقُولُ : أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِقَتْلِ الْكِلابِ ، حَتَّى إِنْ كَانَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ تَقْدُمُ مِنَ الْبَادِيَةِ بِالْكَلْبِ ، فَتَقْتُلُهُ ، ثُمَّ نَهَانَا عَنْ قَتْلِهَا ، وَقَالَ : " عَلَيْكُمْ بِالأَسْوَدِ ذِي النُّقْطَتَيْنِ ، فَإِنَّهُ شَيْطَانٌ " .
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) commanded us to kill dogs, to the extent that if a woman brought a dog from the countryside, it too would be killed. Then the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) forbade us from killing dogs. He said: You must certainly kill the black dog with two spots, for it is a devil.
