Hadith 5525
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَرُوبَةَ بِحَرَّانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ وَهْبِ بْنِ أَبِي كَرِيمَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي أُنَيْسَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ فَرْوَةَ بْنِ نَوْفَلٍ الأَشْجَعِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : دَخَلْتُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقُلْتُ : يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ ، عَلِّمْنِي شَيْئًا أَقُولُهُ إِذَا أَوَيْتُ إِلَى فِرَاشِي ، قَالَ : " اقْرَأْ قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ " .
Furwah bin Nawfal Ashja'i narrates from his father: I presented myself before the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), teach me something that I may recite when I come to my bed (to sleep). The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: Recite Surah Al-Kafirun.
