ذكر الأمر بتغيير الشيب إذا كان أهل الكتاب لا يغيرونه-
Instruction to Change Gray Hair as the People of the Book Do Not
Hadith 5473
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " غَيِّرُوا الشَّيْبَ ، وَلا تَشَبَّهُوا بِالْيَهُودِ وَالنَّصَارَى " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Change the color of white hair and do not imitate the Jews and Christians. (Because they do not dye their hair)."
