Hadith 5327
أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ حَبِيبٍ مَوْلَى سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُثَنَّى الْجُهَنِيِّ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : كُنْتُ عِنْدَ مَرْوَانَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ ، فَدَخَلَ عَلَيْهِ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيُّ ، فَقَالَ لَهُ مَرْوَانُ : سَمِعْتَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَنْهَى عَنِ النَّفْخِ فِي الشَّرَابِ ؟ قَالَ : أَبُو سَعِيدٍ : نَعَمْ ، قَالَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، إِنِّي لا أَرْوَى مِنْ نَفَسٍ وَاحِدٍ ، قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " فَأَبِنِ الْقَدَحَ عَنْ فِيكَ ، ثُمَّ تَنَفَّسْ ، قَالَ : فَإِنِّي أَرَى الْقَذَاةَ فِيهِ ، قَالَ : فَأَهْرِقْهَا " .
Abu Mathna Johani reports: I was present with Marwan bin Hakam. Sayyiduna Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) came to him. Marwan asked him: Did you hear the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbidding blowing into a vessel? Sayyiduna Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) replied: Yes, a man said to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): O Messenger of Allah, I do not become satiated with one breath. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Move the cup away from yourself, then breathe. He said: I find something dirty in it (so what should I do)? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Then pour it out.
