Third report confirming what was mentioned
Hadith 5187
أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ الْعَقَدِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : " قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالشُّفْعَةِ فِي كُلِّ مَالٍ لَمْ يُقْسَمْ ، فَإِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ وَصُرِفَتِ الطُّرُقُ فَلا شُفْعَةَ " .
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with both of them) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) gave the verdict regarding pre-emption (shuf‘ah) that it is applicable in every land that has not been divided, but when boundaries have been established and the paths have become separate, then there is no pre-emption.
