ذكر الأمر بأخذ الشفعة للجار في العقدة المبيعة-
Command to take preemption for the neighbor in a sold property
Hadith 5180
أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ الْعَلاءِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الشَّرِيدِ ، عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِسَقَبِهِ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Rafi’ (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): “The neighbor has more right regarding his neighborhood.”
