ذكر إيجاب دخول النار لمن ظلم أخاه المسلم على شيء من ماله أرضا كان أو غيرها وإن كان ذلك الشيء يسيرا تافها-
Obligation of entering Hell for one who wrongs his Muslim brother over any property, land or otherwise, even if trivial
Hadith 5165
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ مُكْرَمٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْفَلاسُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ الرِّيَاحِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ ابْنِ الْبَرْصَاءِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ وَهُوَ يَمْشِي بَيْنَ جَمْرَتَيْنِ مِنَ الْجِمَارِ ، وَهُوَ يَقُولُ : " مَنْ أَخَذَ شِبْرًا مِنْ مَالِ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ بِيَمِينٍ فَاجِرَةٍ ، فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ بَيْتًا مِنَ النَّارِ " ، تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ .
Sayyiduna Harith bin Barasa (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I heard the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) saying this: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) was walking between two Jamrat at that time. He said: "Whoever acquires even a handspan of a Muslim's wealth through a false oath should be prepared to reach his abode in Hell." In narrating this tradition, the narrator named Umar bin Abdulwahab is unique.
