1 ذكر الإخبار عما يجب على المرء من رد حقوق الناس عليهم وتركه الاتكال على هذه الدنيا الفانية الزائلة-

What is required regarding returning people’s rights and not relying on this fleeting world

2 ذكر وصف عذاب الله من ظلم أخاه المسلم على شبر من أرضه-

Description of Allah’s punishment for one who wrongs his Muslim brother over a span of land

3 ذكر البيان بأن قوله صلى الله عليه وسلم من أخذ شبرا إنما هو الإشارة إلى نفس هذا الفعل لا الإشارة إلى الشبر فقط-

Clarification that “whoever takes a span” refers to the act itself, not just the measure

4 ذكر الخبر الدال على أن هذه العقوبة تجب على الغاصب الشبر من الأرض فما فوقه وإن لم يكن أخذه إياها باليمين الفاجرة-

Report indicating this punishment applies to anyone who usurps land, even without false oaths

5 ذكر البيان بأن الظالم الشبر من الأرض فما فوقه يكلف حفرها إلى أسفل من سبع أرضين بنفسه ثم يطوق إياها ذلك-

6 ذكر إيجاب دخول النار لمن ظلم أخاه المسلم على شيء من ماله أرضا كان أو غيرها وإن كان ذلك الشيء يسيرا تافها-

Obligation of entering Hell for one who wrongs his Muslim brother over any property, land or otherwise, even if trivial

7 ذكر الأمر برد الظالم عن ظلمه ونصرة المظلوم إذ رد الظالم عن ظلمه نصرته-

Command to stop the oppressor and support the oppressed, as stopping the oppressor is support

13 ذكر نفي اسم الإيمان عن المنتهب النهبة إذا كانت ذات شرف-

14 ذكر الخبر المدحض قول من زعم أن ذكر النهبة تفرد به أبو بكر بن عبد الرحمن بن الحارث في هذا الخبر-

15 ذكر الزجر عن أخذ هذه الأموال من غير حلها لأحد من المسلمين-
