ذكر البيان بأن هذا الفعل إنما زجر عنه إذا كان ذلك بأجرة-
Clarification that this act is only discouraged if done for payment
Hadith 5156
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدُ بْنُ مُسَرْهَدٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ : أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " نَهَى عَنْ عَسْبِ الْفَحْلِ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade giving a camel for mating in exchange for compensation.
