ذكر خبر رابع يدل على أن الإيثار في النحل من الأولاد غير جائز-
Fourth report indicating favoritism in gifts to children is not allowed
Hadith 5105
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَحْمُودِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ خَتَنُ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ ، قَالَ : أَتَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَشِيرَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ ، فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، إِنَّ عَمْرَةَ بِنْتَ رَوَاحَةَ أَرَادَتْنِي أَنْ أَتَصَدَّقَ عَلَى ابْنِهَا بِصَدَقَةٍ ، وَأَمَرَتْنِي أَنْ أُشْهِدَكَ عَلَيْهَا ، فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " هَلْ لَكَ بَنُونَ سِوَاهُ ؟ " قَالَ : نَعَمْ ، قَالَ : فَكُلُّهُمْ أَعْطَيْتَهُمْ مِثْلَ مَا أَعْطَيْتَ هَذَا ؟ " قَالَ : لا ، قَالَ : " فَلا تُشْهِدْنِي عَلَى جَوْرٍ " .
Sayyiduna Nu’man bin Bashir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) came to Sayyiduna Bashir bin Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with him), so he said: O Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)! (My wife) Amrah bint Rawahah has intended that I give something as a gift to her son. She told me: Make the Messenger of Allah a witness to this. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said to him: Do you have other children besides him? He replied: Yes. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: Have you given all of them a gift as you have given him? He replied: No. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: Then do not make me a witness to an act of injustice.
