ذكر لفظة أوهمت عالما من الناس أن الإيثار في النحل بين الأولاد جائز-
Mention of a wording that led some scholars to think favoritism in gifts among children is allowed
Hadith 5100
أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ أَتَى بِهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ : إِنِّي نَحَلْتُ ابْنِي هَذَا غُلامًا كَانَ لِي ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَكُلَّ وَلَدِكَ نَحَلْتَهُ مِثْلَ هَذَا ؟ " فَقَالَ : لا ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " فَارْجِعْهُ " .
Sayyiduna Nu’man bin Bashir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: His father took him along to the service of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). He submitted: I have given this son of mine a slave as a gift. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) asked: Have you given all your children a gift in this manner? He replied: No. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: Then take it back.
