باب الاستحلاف - ذكر البيان بأن من فعل هذا الفعل ليذهب به مال أخيه يلقى ربه يوم القيامة وهو أجذم-
Chapter: Oaths - Clarification that whoever does this to take his brother's wealth will meet Allah on Judgment Day maimed
Hadith 5088
أَخْبَرَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى بْنِ مُجَاشِعٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ كُرْدُوسٍ التَّغْلِبِيِّ عَنِ الأَشْعَثِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينِ صَبْرٍ لِيَقْتَطِعَ بِهَا مَالَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ وَهُوَ فِيهَا فَاجِرٌ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ أَجْذَمَ " .
Sayyiduna Ash'ath bin Qais (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever swears a false oath in order to unlawfully consume the wealth of a Muslim, and he is lying in that oath, then when he appears before Allah Almighty, he will be afflicted with leprosy."
