ذكر الزجر عن أن يأخذ المرء ما حكم له الحاكم بالشهود إذا علم ضده بينه وبين خالقه فيه-
Warning against taking what a judge awards if one knows it is not right before Allah
Hadith 5070
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ الأَنْصَارِيُّ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ زَيْنَبَ ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " إِنَّمَا أَنَا بَشَرٌ ، وَإِنَّكُمْ تَخْتَصِمُونَ إِلَيَّ ، وَلَعَلَّ بَعْضَكُمْ أَنْ يَكُونَ أَلْحَنَ بِحُجَّتِهِ مِنْ بَعْضٍ ، فَأَقْضِيَ لَهُ عَلَى نَحْوِ مَا أَسْمَعُ مِنْهُ ، فَمَنْ قَضَيْتُ لَهُ بِشَيْءٍ مِنْ حَقِّ أَخِيهِ فَلا يَأْخُذْ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا ، فَإِنَّمَا أَقْطَعُ لَهُ قِطْعَةً مِنَ النَّارِ " .
Lady Zainab (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates from Lady Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: I am a human being. You people bring your disputes to me. Sometimes, one of you may be more eloquent in presenting his case than the other, and I give a judgment in his favor based on what I hear. So, if I give someone a right that belongs to his brother, he should not accept it, for I have only cut out a piece of Hell for him.
