ذكر الأمر للمرء أن يأخذ للضعيف من القوي إذا قدر على ذلك-
Command to take from the strong for the weak if able
Hadith 5059
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ طَاهِرِ بْنِ أَبِي الدُّمَيْكِ بِبَغْدَادَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمَدِينِيِّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْعَلاءِ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ خُثَيْمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : " كَيْفَ تُقَدَّسُ أُمَّةٌ لا يُؤْخَذُ مِنْ شَدِيدِهِمْ لِضَعِيفِهِمْ " .
Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I heard the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "How can that nation be purified in which the weak are not able to take their right from the strong?"
