ذكر الأمر للمحجور عليه عند مبايعته غيره الشيء التافه الذي لا يجد منه بدا أن يقول لا خلابة لئلا يخدع في بيعته-
Command for the restricted person to say "no deception" when making a trivial sale to avoid being cheated
Hadith 5052
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنَّ رَجُلا ذُكِرَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ يَنْخَدِعُ فِي الْبُيُوعِ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِذَا بِعْتَ ، فَقُلْ : لا خِلابَةَ " قَالَ : فَكَانَ الرَّجُلُ إِذَا ابْتَاعَ ، يَقُولُ : لا خِلابَةَ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: A man was mentioned before the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) who used to be deceived in business transactions. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When you buy or sell something, say: "No deception will be tolerated." The narrator says: So when that man would sell something, he would say: "No deception will be tolerated."
