ذكر ما يستحب للإمام إذا علم من إنسان ضد الرشد في أسبابه أن يحجر عليه-
Recommendation for the ruler to restrict someone proven to be irresponsible
2 ذكر الإباحة للإمام أن يحجر على من يرى ذلك احتياطا له من رعيته-Permission for the ruler to restrict someone as a precaution for his subjects
3 ذكر خبر ثان يصرح بمعنى ما أومأنا إليه-Another report confirming the intended meaning
4 ذكر الأمر للمحجور عليه عند مبايعته غيره الشيء التافه الذي لا يجد منه بدا أن يقول لا خلابة لئلا يخدع في بيعته-Command for the restricted person to say "no deception" when making a trivial sale to avoid being cheated
5 باب الحوالة - ذكر الأمر بالاتباع لمن أحيل على مليء ماله-Chapter: Transfer of debt - Command to follow up when referred to a solvent debtor
