Hadith 4979
أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنِ ابْتَاعَ طَعَامًا فَلا يَبِعْهُ حَتَّى يَقْبِضَهُ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever buys any grain should not sell it (further) until he has taken possession of it."
