باب البيع المنهي عنه - ذكر البيان بأن المشتري إذا اشترى بيعتين في بيعة على ما وصفنا وأراد مجانبة الربا كان له أوكسهما-
Chapter: Forbidden sales - Clarification that if a buyer purchases two sales in one, he may take the lesser price to avoid usury
Hadith 4974
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ بَاعَ بَيْعَتَيْنِ فِي بَيْعَةٍ فَلَهُ أَوْكَسُهُمَا أَوِ الرِّبَا " .
Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever makes two transactions in one deal, then either loss will be his share or usury will be his share."
