ذكر الخبر المدحض قول من نفى جواز اتخاذ الأحباس في سبيل الله-
Report refuting those who deny the permissibility of endowments for the sake of Allah
2 ذكر البيان بأن الأحباس في سبيل الله لا يحل بيعها ولا هبتها-Clarification that endowments for Allah's cause cannot be sold or gifted
3 ذكر الخبر المدحض قول من أجاز بيع الأحباس في سبيل الله بعد أن تحبس أو توريثها بعد أن توقف-Report refuting those who allow the sale or inheritance of endowments after they are established
4 ذكر البيان بأن اتخاذ الأحباس في سبيل الله من خير ما يخلف المرء بعده-Clarification that establishing endowments for Allah's cause is among the best legacies
