Hadith 4847
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ الْقَعْقَاعِ ، عَنْ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لا أُلْفِيَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ يَجِيءُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَلَى رَقَبَتِهِ بَعِيرٌ لَهُ رُغَاءٌ ، يَقُولُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، أَقُولُ : لا أَمْلِكُ لَكَ مِنَ اللَّهِ شَيْئًا قَدْ أَبْلَغْتُكَ ، لا أُلْفِيَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ يَجِيءُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَلَى رَقَبَتِهِ شَاةٌ لَهَا يَعَارٌ ، يَقُولُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، أَقُولُ : لا أَمْلِكُ لَكَ مِنَ اللَّهِ شَيْئًا قَدْ أَبْلَغْتُكَ ، لا أُلْفِيَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ يَجِيءُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَلَى رَقَبَتِهِ فَرَسٌ لَهُ حَمْحَمَةٌ ، يَقُولُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، أَقُولُ : لا أَمْلِكُ لَكَ مِنَ اللَّهِ شَيْئًا قَدْ أَبْلَغْتُكَ ، لا أُلْفِيَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ يَجِيءُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَلَى رَقَبَتِهِ نَفْسٌ لَهَا صِيَاحٌ ، يَقُولُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، أَقُولُ : لا أَمْلِكُ لَكَ مِنَ اللَّهِ شَيْئًا قَدْ أَبْلَغْتُكَ ، لا أُلْفَيَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ يَجِيءُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَلَى رَقَبَتِهِ صَامِتٌ ، يَقُولُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، أَقُولُ : لا أَمْلِكُ لَكَ مِنَ اللَّهِ شَيْئًا ، لا أُلْفَيَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ يَجِيءُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَلَى رَقَبَتِهِ رِقَاعٌ تَخْفُقُ ، يَقُولُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، أَقُولُ : لا أَمْلِكُ لَكَ مِنَ اللَّهِ شَيْئًا قَدْ أَبْلَغْتُكَ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "I should not find any one of you in such a state that when he comes on the Day of Resurrection, there is a camel on his neck making noise, and that person says: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)! (Help me), and I will say: I cannot do anything for you against the decision of Allah Almighty; I had conveyed (the message) to you. I should never find any one of you in such a state that when he comes on the Day of Resurrection, there is a goat on his neck making noises, and that person says: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)! (Help me), and I will say: I cannot do anything for you against Allah Almighty; I had conveyed (the message) to you. I should never find any one of you in such a state that when he comes on the Day of Resurrection, there is a horse on his neck making noise, and that person says: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)! (Help me), and I will say: I cannot do anything for you against the decision of Allah Almighty; I had conveyed (the message) to you. I should never find any one of you in such a state that when he comes on the Day of Resurrection, there are pieces of cloth (i.e., patches of cloth, etc.) on his neck, and that person says: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)! (Help me), and I will say: I cannot do anything for you against the decision of Allah Almighty; I had conveyed (the message) to you."
