باب الغنائم وقسمتها - ذكر خبر قد يوهم من لم يحكم صناعة العلم أن من لم يشهد المعركة مع المسلمين له أن يسهم معهم-
Chapter on Spoils of War and Their Distribution – On a report that may mislead some into thinking that those not present at the battle may share in the spoils.
Hadith 4813
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبَانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ ، عَنْ بُرَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، قَالَ : " قَدِمْنَا عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعْدَمَا فُتِحَتْ خَيْبَرُ بِثَلاثٍ فَأَسْهَمَ لَنَا وَلَمْ يُسْهِمْ لأَحَدٍ لَمْ يَشْهَدِ الْفَتْحَ غَيْرَنَا " .
Sayyiduna Abu Musa Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: We presented ourselves before the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) three days after the conquest of Khaybar, so the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave us a share (from the spoils of war). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not give a share to anyone else who had not participated in the battle except us.
