Hadith 4783
أَخْبَرَنَا أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْجُنَيْدِ بِبُسْتَ ، حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ الْقُرَظِيِّ ، قَالَ : " كُنْتُ أَوَّلَ مَنْ حَكَمَ فِيهِمْ سَعْدٌ ، فَجِيءَ بِي وَأَنَا أَرَى أَنَّهُ سَيَقْتُلُنِي ، فَكَشَفُوا عَنْ عَانَتِي ، فَوَجَدُونِي لَمْ أُنْبِتْ ، فَجَعَلُونِي فِي السَّبْيِ " .
Atiyyah Qarazi narrates: I am the first person about whom Sayyiduna Sa’d bin Mu’adh (may Allah be pleased with him) gave a verdict. I was brought, and I thought that those people would kill me, but when they examined my private area, they found that I did not have pubic hair, so they included me among the prisoners.
