Hadith 4631
أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ سَلْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَرْمَلَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ الأَشَجِّ ، عَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " مَنْ جَهَّزَ غَازِيًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ، فَقَدْ غَزَا ، وَمَنْ خَلْفَهُ فِي أَهْلِهِ بِخَيْرٍ ، فَقَدْ غَزَا " .
Sayyiduna Zayd bin Khalid al-Juhani رضي الله عنه narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم: "Whoever equips a fighter in the way of Allah, it is as if he has also participated in jihad, and whoever looks after the family of a mujahid in his absence, it is as if he has also participated in jihad."
