Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by a field of onions. The companions were with him. The people camped there; some people ate the onions and some did not. When we presented ourselves before the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), he called those who had not eaten the onions and kept the others back until their smell had gone away.
