Hadith 4389
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِِدْرِيسَ الأَنْصَارِيُّ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الزُّهْرِيُّ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ الأَيْلِيِّ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ نَذَرَ أَنْ يُطِيعَ اللَّهَ فَلْيُطِعْهُ ، وَمَنْ نَذَرَ أَنْ يَعْصِيَ اللَّهَ فَلا يَعْصِهِ " .
Lady Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates this statement of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him): "Whoever makes a vow to obey Allah, he should obey Him; and whoever makes a vow to disobey Allah, he should not disobey Him."
