ذكر البيان بأن نذر المرء فيما ليس لله فيه رضا لا يحل له الوفاء به-
Clarification that a vow for what displeases Allah must not be fulfilled
Hadith 4387
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِِدْرِيسَ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ الأَيْلِيِّ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ نَذَرَ أَنْ يُطِيعَ اللَّهَ فَلْيُطِعْهُ ، وَمَنْ نَذَرَ أَنْ يَعْصِيَ اللَّهَ فَلا يَعْصِهِ " .
Sayyidah Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates this statement of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him): "Whoever makes a vow to obey Allah should obey Him, and whoever makes a vow to disobey Allah should not disobey Him."
