ذكر إباحة ركوب الناذر المشي إلى بيت الله الحرام جل وعلا-
Permissibility for one who vowed to walk to the Sacred House to ride
Hadith 4383
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ الضَّرِيرُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنْ ثَابِتِ الْبُنَانِيِّ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، قَالَ : رَأَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَجُلا يُهَادَى بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ فَقَالَ : مَا لَهُ ؟ قَالُوا : نَذَرَ أَنْ يَحُجَّ مَاشِيًا ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِِنَّ اللَّهَ غَنِيٌّ عَنْ مَشْيِ هَذَا فَلْيَرْكَبْ " .
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) saw a man who was walking with the support of two people between him. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) inquired: What is the matter with him? The people informed: He has vowed to perform Hajj on foot. So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Allah is not in need of his walking; he should ride.
