Hadith 4373
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عُلَيَّةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ إِِسْحَاقَ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " شَهِدْتُ مَعَ عُمُومَتِي حِلْفَ الْمُطَيَّبِينَ ، فَمَا أُحِبُّ أَنَّ لِي حُمْرَ النَّعَمِ ، وَإِِنِّي أَنْكُثُهُ " .
Muhammad bin Jubair, on the authority of his father, narrates from Sayyiduna Abdur Rahman bin Awf (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I participated with my uncle in the alliance of 'Mutayyibeen', and I would not like to break that alliance even if I were given red camels in exchange."
