ذكر التغليظ على من حلف كاذبا بالملل التي هي غير الإسلام-
Severe warning for one who lies under oath by religions other than Islam
Hadith 4367
أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ سَلْمٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الأَوْزَاعِيُّ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلابَةَ ، عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ الضَّحَّاكِ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ حَلَفَ بِمِلَّةٍ سِوَى الإِِسْلامِ كَاذِبًا فَهُوَ كَمَا قَالَ ، وَمَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ بِشَيْءٍ فِي الدُّنْيَا عُذِّبَ بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " .
Sayyiduna Thabit bin Dhahak (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "Whoever swears a false oath by a religion other than Islam, he will be as he has stated; and whoever commits suicide with anything in this world, he will be punished with that very thing on the Day of Resurrection."
