Hadith 4351
Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: Sayyiduna Abu Musa Ash’ari (may Allah be pleased with him) came to the service of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to obtain riding animals for some people belonging to his tribe. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: By Allah! I will not provide riding animals for those people. Then some camels were brought to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he had them separated; fifteen camels remained. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked: Where is Abdullah bin Qais? They replied: He is here. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Take them and have your people ride on them. He said: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! You had sworn (that you would not give us riding animals). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Even though I had sworn (still, you take them).
