ذكر الخبر الدال على أن المرء مباح له أن يبدأ بالكفارة قبل الحنث إذا رأى ترك اليمين خيرا من المضي فيه-
Report indicating that one may offer expiation before breaking the oath if leaving it is better
Hadith 4349
أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ سِنَانَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ فَرَأَى غَيْرَهَا خَيْرًا مِنْهَا ، فَلْيُكَفِّرْ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ ، وَلْيَفْعَلِ الَّذِي هُوَ خَيْرٌ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Whoever takes an oath and then sees something else as better than it, he should offer expiation for his oath and do that which is better."
