ذكر الإخبار عن وصف اللغو الذي لا يؤاخذ الله العبد به في كلامه-
Report describing unintentional oaths for which there is no accountability
Hadith 4333
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حَسَّانُ بْنُ إِِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ إِِبْرَاهِيمَ الصَّائِغِ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ عَطَاءً عَنِ اللَّغْوِ فِي الْيَمِينِ . فَقَالَ : قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ : إِِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " هُوَ كَلامُ الرَّجُلِ : كَلا وَاللَّهِ ، بَلَى وَاللَّهِ " .
Ibrahim Saigh narrates: I asked Ata about a vain oath, so he informed me: Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) has narrated this, that the Messenger of Allah said: What is meant by it is a person saying: "No, by Allah! Yes, by Allah!"
