ذكر الزجر عن أن يطلق المرء امرأته في حيضها دون طهرها-
Prohibition of divorcing a wife during menstruation instead of purity
Hadith 4264
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُوسَى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : " طَلَّقْتُ امْرَأَتِي وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ ، فَرَدَّ عَلَيَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَلِكَ حَتَّى طَلَّقْتُهَا وَهِيَ طَاهِرٌ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: I divorced my wife during her menstruation, so the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) returned her to me until I divorced her when she was in a state of purity.
