باب النفقة - ذكر الإباحة للمرأة أن تأخذ من مال زوجها بغير علمه مقدار ما تنفقه عليها وعلى ولدها من غير حرج يلزمها في ذلك-
Chapter: Maintenance – Permitting a woman to take from her husband’s wealth without his knowledge as needed for herself and her children
Hadith 4258
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ وَهْبِ بْنِ أَبِي كَرِيمَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي أُنَيْسَةَ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : جَاءَتْ هِنْدُ امْرَأَةُ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ إِِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَتْ : إِِنَّ أَبَا سُفْيَانَ رَجُلٌ شَحِيحٌ ، فَهَلْ عَلَيَّ جُنَاحٌ أَنْ أُصِيبَ مِنْ مَالِهِ فَأُنْفِقَ عَلَيَّ وَعَلَى وَلَدِي ؟ فَقَالَ لَهَا نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لا حَرَجَ عَلَيْكِ أَنْ تَأْخُذِي مِنْ مَالِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ فَتُنْفِقِيهِ عَلَيْكِ وَعَلَى وَلَدِكِ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ " .
Lady Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: Hind, the wife of Abu Sufyan, came to the service of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and said: Abu Sufyan is a miserly man, so will there be any sin upon me if I take some of his wealth and spend it on myself and my children? The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said to her: There will be no sin upon you if you take from Abu Sufyan’s wealth and spend it on yourself and your children in a reasonable manner.
