باب النفقة - ذكر كتبة الله جل وعلا الصدقة للمنفق على نفسه وأهله وغيرهم إذا كان ماله من حلال-
Chapter: Maintenance – God records charity for spending on oneself, family, and others if the wealth is lawful
Hadith 4236
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَلْمٍ بِبَيْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ ، أَنَّ دَرَّاجًا ، حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ أَبَا الْهَيْثَمِ حَدَّثَهُ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ كَسْبَ مَالا مِنْ حَلالٍ ، فَأَطْعَمَ نَفْسَهُ أَوْ كَسَاهَا فَمَنْ دُونَهُ مِنْ خَلْقِ اللَّهِ ، فَإِِنَّ لَهُ بِهَا زَكَاةً " .
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "Whoever earns lawful wealth and eats from it himself, or wears it, or spends it on anyone else among Allah's creation besides himself, then this thing will be a means of attaining purity for him."
