Chapter: Marital relations – Command for a woman to respond to her husband whenever he calls her, if she is pure
Hadith 4165
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُلازِمُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بَدْرٍ ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ طَلْقٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : " إِذَا دَعَا الرَّجُلُ زَوْجَتَهُ لِحَاجَتِهِ ، فَلْتُجِبْهُ وَإِنْ كَانَتْ عَلَى التَّنُّورِ " .
Qais bin Talq narrates: My father told me this, I heard the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) say: "When a man calls his wife to fulfill his need, she should respond to him even if she is at the oven."
