Hadith 3961
أَخْبَرَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى بْنِ مُجَاشِعٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ ، وَيَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، وَعُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سُئِلَ : مَا يَقْتُلُ الْمُحْرِمُ ؟ ، قَالَ : " الْفَأْرَةَ ، وَالْحِدَأَةَ ، وَالْكَلْبَ الْعَقُورَ ، وَالْغُرَابَ الأَبْقَعَ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was asked: Which creatures can a person in the state of Ihram kill? The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: The mouse, the kite, the rabid dog, and the crow.
