Hadith 3922
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حَيْوَةُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ يَزِيدَ بْنَ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ ، يَقُولُ : حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو عِمْرَانَ ، ، أَنَّهُ حَجَّ مَعَ مَوَالِيهِ ، قَالَ : فَأَتَيْتُ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ ، فَقُلْتُ : يَا أُمَّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِنِّي لَمْ أَحُجَّ قَطُّ ، فَبِأَيِّهِمَا أَبْدَأُ ، بِالْحَجِّ أَمْ بِالْعُمْرَةِ ؟ ، فَقَالَتْ : إِنْ شِئْتَ فَاعْتَمِرْ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَحُجَّ ، وَإِنْ شِئْتَ بَعْدَ أَنْ تَحُجَّ ، فَذَهَبْتُ إِلَى صَفِيَّةَ ، فَقَالَتْ لِي مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ ، فَرَجَعْتُ إِلَى أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ ، فَأَخْبَرْتُهَا بِقَوْلِ صَفِيَّةَ ، فَقَالَتْ أُمُّ سَلَمَةَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " يَا آلَ مُحَمَّدٍ مَنْ حَجِّ مِنْكُمْ فَلْيُهِلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ فِي حَجٍّ " .
Abu Imran narrates: He performed Hajj with his slaves. He narrates: I presented myself before Sayyida Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her). I said: O Mother of the Believers! I have not performed Hajj before, so should I perform Hajj first or Umrah? Sayyida Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: If you wish, you may perform Umrah before Hajj, and if you wish, you may perform Umrah after Hajj. Then I presented myself before Sayyida Safiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her). She also said the same thing to me. I returned to Sayyida Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) and informed her about what Sayyida Safiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) had said. So Sayyida Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying this: "O family of Muhammad! Whoever among you performs Hajj, let him also recite the Talbiyah for Umrah during Hajj."
