Standing at Arafat and Muzdalifah and Departing from Them – On Permitting Pilgrims to Combine Maghrib and Isha at Muzdalifah
Hadith 3858
أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الأَنْصَارِيُّ ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الأَنْصَارِيِّ ، أَنَّ أَبَا أَيُّوبَ الأَنْصَارِيَّ أَخْبَرَهُ : " أَنَّهُ صَلَّى مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ الْمَغْرِبَ وَالْعِشَاءَ بِالْمُزْدَلِفَةِ جَمِيعًا " .
Sayyiduna Abu Ayyub Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: On the occasion of the Farewell Pilgrimage, he performed the Maghrib and Isha prayers together in Muzdalifah, following the lead of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him).
