Virtues of Medina - Hope of attaining Paradise by worship near the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) pulpit
Hadith 3749
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مَهْدِيِّ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَمَّارِ الدُّهْنِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " قَوَائِمُ الْمِنْبَرِ رَوَاتِبُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ " ، قَالَ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ : دُهْنٌ : قَبِيلَةٌ مِنْ بَجِيلَةَ .
Sayyida Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates this statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "The legs of this (pulpit) of mine are fixed in Paradise."
