Hadith 3693
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السَّامِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عَمْرَو بْنَ قَيْسٍ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ شَقِيقٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " تَابِعُوا بَيْنَ الْحَجِّ وَالْعُمْرَةِ ، فَإِنَّهُمَا يَنْفِيَانِ الْفَقْرَ وَالذُّنُوبَ ، كَمَا يَنْفِي الْكِيرُ خَبَثَ الْحَدِيدِ ، وَالذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِ ، وَلَيْسَ لِلْحَجَّةِ الْمَبْرُورَةِ ثَوَابٌ دُونَ الْجَنَّةِ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Perform Hajj and Umrah one after the other, for indeed they remove poverty and sins just as a furnace removes impurities from iron, gold, and silver. And the reward for an accepted Hajj is Paradise."
