Hadith 3676
أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ الْتَمِسُوهَا فِي الْعَشْرِ الأَوَاخِرِ ، وَإِنْ ضَعُفَ أَحَدُكُمْ أَوْ عَجَزَ فَلا يُغْلَبَنَّ عَنِ السَّبْعِ الْبَوَاقِي " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Seek the Night of Qadr in the last ten nights, and if a person is weak or unable, then he should by no means be negligent regarding the remaining seven nights."
