Chapter on Kissing While Fasting - Permissibility for those who control their desires and are safe from consequences
Hadith 3543
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْفَنْدَوَرِيُّ ، بِحَرَّانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا النُّفَيْلِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُقَبِّلُ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ " ، وَتَقُولُ : " أَيُّكُمْ أَمْلَكُ لإِرْبِهِ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " .
Sayyidah Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) used to kiss while in the state of fasting. She says: Who among you has more control over his desires than the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)?
